If someone has a request or a problem they need to submit there own request so it is logged in the system under their user name for tracking purposes. 2. Limit the Subject Line to 25 Characters or less 3. Describe in detail what you were attempting to do when the error or disagreeable results occurred. 4. If you received any error messages; type the complete error message into the Support Request/Email or take a screen shot and attach it to the Support request/email in a jpg format only . If you can’t get a screen shot on the computer take a picture using your cell phone or someone else’s and email it. 5. Your password to the application you are reporting the issue on (if any), always include your system password. 6. If you’re on a Citrix Session the server name you are logged into; you will find this in yellow letters just above the logo on the bottom of the screen.
